I’ve witnessed hardship up close, but also the strength that comes from connection. Listening to men share their stories reminded me that healing begins with understanding. That belief guided my work on You Good, Man?, a campaign grounded in empathy, honesty, and the simple act of showing up for one another.

Strategic placement turns limited budgets into high-impact moments. By meeting people at the right place and time, even a single bus shelter ad can cut through misinformation and connect communities to the care they need. Hyperlocal outreach and clear messaging can make all the difference, especially when accuracy and trust are on the line.

Effective audience engagement improves campaigns by reflecting real experiences. Reaching people where they are, encouraging two-way communication, and partnering with trusted messengers builds trust and relevance. These strategies create stronger connections and help messages resonate, leading to more meaningful, lasting impact.

My design journey started in a nonprofit, learning by doing without formal training. Ten years later, I realized design is all about balance, contrast, and clarity. My toddler gets it, so I let her explain it through blocks, scribbles, and snacks. Turns out, she’s a natural.

Working in restaurants taught me adaptability, problem-solving, and leadership—skills I use every day as a Project Manager. From managing chaos to leading with empathy, those early jobs shaped how I support clients and teams and approach inclusive, thoughtful community engagement and project planning strategies.

In our multicultural family, food connects us to culture and memory. But learning about lead in spices raised concerns for our daughter’s health. Balancing tradition and safety has been challenging, but awareness helped us take action. Now, we cook with more intention—and share our story to support other families, too.
