Anne Geertman plays a key role in leading Reach Consulting’s strategic initiatives and driving project success. As our Managing Director, she leads the project management team with a deep commitment to building meaningful client relationships, delivering successful project outcomes, and ultimately improving systems that positively impact both clients and the communities they serve.

Equipped with a global perspective, Anne leverages her extensive experience to lead initiatives at Reach that make a real difference. She brings a wealth of innovative and creative problem solving-approaches to her work, and her career journey spans from advertising and development with global brands to grassroots community work in Seoul, New York, San Francisco, and Hawai’i.
Anne’s passion for project success is rooted in her belief that mission-driven organizations and causes have the power to transform lives - whether it’s implementing innovative, culturally-responsive, and community-centered programs in Rhode Island, collaborating with partner organizations across the country to build coalitions within the broader health advocacy movement, or championing health and safety-related policy at the State House. Her leadership in these areas has earned her recognition, including the PBN Leaders and Achievers Award in 2024.
A Bit More About Anne
Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Anne has always had a passion for exploration. She enjoys traveling and immersing herself in local food markets to discover new cuisines. She’s actively involved in local politics as the Chair of the North Kingstown Democratic Town Committee. Her favorite ways to unwind are biking through the forests in the Netherlands and playing tennis outdoors when the weather permits.
